A peek into our Thai for the Table Class!

Here Hillary is demonstrating to students a myofascial release technique with the client in a figure 4 or pigeon pose.

The myofascial release is incorporated into Thai for the Table massage techniques.

There are two variations – standing or lunging.

This position is similar to the pigeon pose in yoga – it helps to release the piriformis muscle, along with the glutes and the hip flexors.

Piriformis

Thai for the Table is a modification of the traditional Thai Massage. The class is part of our full 600-Hr CMT Program.
