Last month the students of Denver Integrative Massage School had the pleasure of taking part in an Asian Energy Theory workshop. This informative 2.5 day workshop covered everything from sound healing to moxibustion; all lead by Sylvia Rojas.
The feedback from students has been phenomenal!! Throughout the class, students really enjoyed learning the different healing tools that Traditional Chinese Medicine uses; in particular the Five Elements Theory. Students were able to start assessing themselves and each other for different deficiencies and plans for healing.
Even more exploration took place included a gong bath, students performing cupping on one another, and tuning forks. The students are definitely excited to incorporate these new tools into their practices!
Stay tuned for details on the Asian Theory Workshop for the summer semester!!
