WHAT is Friday Bhakti Yoga?
The LAST Friday of each month, the Denver Integrative Massage School hosts a different yoga teacher and studio to teach a donation yoga class with a wellness happy hour to follow, which will include donation community acupuncture and Thai yoga massage sessions.100% of the evening’s proceeds (class & wellness happy hour) will be given to the Chanda Plan Foundation. This class is a Win-Win experience for our school, for the yoga teacher, for the Chanda Plan, and also for the participants!! We want to honor the Arts of Yoga, Giving, Sharing, Community, and Having Fun, and we hope you’ll join us on the LAST Friday of EVERY month to share in this fabulous experience!

More about Kitty Kreisberg & Vital Roots Yoga
Kitty Kreisberg completed Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in 2004 and taught yoga in California, Florida, Georgia, Texas and British Columbia—but eventually made her way back to Denver. “There is no studio like Vital. Micah and Desi were the first teachers who told me to speak from my heart.” Her ongoing education with Madhuri Martin and Jamie Allison is Anusara®-focused. Kitty sees every class as an opportunity to remind students of their inner light—the truth and beauty present in every moment. Vital Yoga’s popular “signature series”, Vital Roots is a comprehensive set of yoga postures intended to lengthen and tone the entire body through extension and compression holds. Whether you’re a new student or an athlete looking for an incredible slow-burn workout, the Vital Roots series provides access to healthy hip-opening postures, a foundation for proper alignment and healthy balance, and space for meditation and relaxation. www.vitalyoga.org
