How is Thai Massage Delivered?

Thai Yoga Massage is delivered either on a massage table or on a futon-like mat on the floor, and the receiver is fully clothed during the whole massage. Our sessions include the use of herbal treatments via Thai Herbal Compresses. These medicinal herbal packs include 10 different herbs and flowers, which are grown and dried in Thailand. They are wrapped in fabric, steamed, and then pressed along the receiver’s body throughout the massage. The receiver leaves feeling refreshed and rejuvenated from the warmed herbal remedies.
